What is the Integration Truss System

The Integration Truss System is a rectangular aluminium truss that incorporates three fundamental elements for a complete rigging installation:

the electric chain hoist from the Divo range
the socket bar
the flat cable for power and signal distribution

The integrated flat cable manages 230V and/or 400V circuits for hoist power supply, 1 Ethernet line and 2 DMX signals. All components are pre-installed inside the structure before delivery: no additional work is required on site during assembly.

How it is built

From a structural standpoint, the truss is made with Ø 50x3 mm main chords and Ø 20x2 mm diagonals. The connection system uses aluminium conical pin joints with cotter pins. The finish is black.

The system is available in two truss sizes:

290 × 400 mm - designed to accommodate the DIVO One
400 × 400 mm - designed to accommodate up to the DIVO Three

The choice of size depends on the required load capacity and the hoist model specified for the installation.
