What is the Divo TWO Compact?
The Divo TWO Compact 500 kg D8+ 4 m/min is a direct-control electric chain hoist featuring an aluminium housing, a 500 kg load capacity, and a lifting speed of 4 m/min.
It represents the next generation of compact hoists within the Divo range, engineered to deliver outstanding performance in a reduced footprint without compromising strength, reliability, or durability.
The hoist complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EN 17206:2022, and is also available in a low-voltage version to suit a wide variety of installation requirements.
A Lighter Yet Stronger Design
One of the most distinctive features of the new model is its redesigned aluminium housing, manufactured using an advanced casting process.
This manufacturing technique produces a lighter component than traditional solutions while maintaining exceptional structural strength. The housing weighs just 26 kg, a significant advantage for professionals who regularly handle and install hoists at height.
The design has also been refined with cleaner, more streamlined lines and a compact footprint—measuring 406 × 245 mm at the base and 158 mm in height (excluding the chain bag)—making it suitable even for installations where available space is extremely limited.
From a functional perspective, the chain guide system has been specifically engineered to minimise the risk of chain jamming, one of the most critical issues in the day-to-day operation of an electric chain hoist.
The upper and lower swivel hooks also make positioning easier in any rigging configuration, reducing adjustment time during installation and improving overall handling efficiency.
