GENERAL SALE TERMS AND CONDITION

ART.1 QUOTATIONS
Quotations and Order Confirmations are based on specific Customer requests, with written or verbal demands, and are valid for 30 days. Any inconsistencies found in the Offer or the Order Confirmation must be reported immediately to the sales employee, who will promptly modify it and send the revised document. Unirig srl reserves the right to make changes to the pricelist without previous notice.
 
ART.2 ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The order of the Customer is binding and may be canceled or modified only with the agreement of UNIRIG Srl. The orders placed by the Customer in electronic form (fax, mail, internet) signed with electronic signature has value equal to those stipulated in writing with the same substantially and evidentiary value, under the Presidential Decree no. 445 of 28 December 2000  and their conclusion is governed by articles of the Civil Code 1326,1334,1335. 

ART.3 DELIVERY 
The delivery date is approximate. Potential delays in delivery caused by fluke or force majeure, such as limited availability of raw materials, machinery breakdown, strikes, etc., are not due to UNIRIG Srl. UNIRIG Srl is not liable to the Customer for loss of production, profits, contracts or any other direct or indirect damage. If transport is paid by the Customer, the goods travel at the risk of Customer himself.

ART.4 RETURNED GOODS
Returns are not accepted without the authorization of UNIRIG srl by assigning it an RMA code. The goods must travel with a Transport Document, shipment must be free of charge and delivered in the original packaging. Any unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer carriage forward

ART.5 PAYMENTS
Payments must be sent by the Customer directly to UNIRIG Srl under the conditions and manner specified in the order confirmation. Payments cannot be delayed or even suspended in the event of failure machines, even if still under warranty, or claim. No compensation shall be allowed. Payments will be charged in accordance with artt.1193 and 1194 cc.

ART.6 WARRANTY
The customer upon delivery of the material, has the burden of controlling the material and check compliance with the order confirmation, the customers shall check the condition of the goods on arrival and, if they find any damage, even only to the packaging, they shall make an immediate written report to the carrier in which they accept delivery while reserving the right to check any damage. Unirig srl expressly disclaims all liability for the costs and proper performance of the carriage.. All complaints must be received within 8 days of receipt of goods. Unless otherwise specified in the order, UNIRIG Srl guarantees its products for 24 months. The warranty covers only those parts which, within the period specified, deemed faulty for production flaw. Warranty is limited to the repair / replacement of the defective part at the headquarters of UNIRIG Srl. The goods must be sent to UNIRIG Srl at Customer charge. The cost of disassembly / reassembly of the machine from the installation site are due to the Customer. For components supplied by third parties (electrical and electromechanical components from the market) the Warranty is 12 months. Normal wear parts and / or to weathering and environment decay (friction seals, chains, hooks, etc..) are excluded from the warranty. The warranty is subject to proper installation, use and maintenance in accordance with the instructions supplied with the products. The warranty is cancelled in case of use of non-original UNIRIG Srl spare parts or prescribed by it. 

ART.7 RETENSION OF TITLE
Sales to deferred payments are always made, subject to the property, favor of UNIRIG Srl until full payment. The Customer can't sell, pledge or transfer the goods until the total extinction of the debit. The Customer undertakes to notify UNIRIG Srl where they are kept with the materials sold reserves on the property. In the event of non-payment of the agreed price, even only a single instalment, Unirig Srl  reserves the right to request termination of the contract and return of the goods sold. Partial payments already made will be kept by Unirig Srl  as a penalty and to compensate for use, without prejudice to claims for further loss.

ART.8 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to or connected with the contract order will be exclusive jurisdiction to the Court of Forlì.
